Here at Peggy and Finn we love that we have the ability to ship our products to you wherever you are in the world. We dispatch all our orders within 1-2 working days from Torquay, Australia. We send to all Australian and New Zealand addresses from our Torquay Warehouse. We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over $70.

The table below shows average delivery times and other considerations you need to be aware of.
*Average delivery timescale shown is working days from the date of dispatch from our Torquay Warehouse. This is for delivery to metro areas in the country shown. Regional areas may take longer. For International deliveries, this also excludes 2-5% of gifts that are stopped by customs at random for inspection; and may cause uncontrollable delays. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstance outside of our control, such as public holidays, extreme weather events, custom delays, local customs interpretation of paperwork, or issue with transport in local areas.

All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout page. The tax is included in the price for most countries, if not the tax will be shown on the checkout page before purchase. Any import tax duties are not shown at the checkout and each country is subject to their own import tax duties.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Peggy and Finn containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods within 1-2 working days; however if goods are unavailable the delivery will take a little longer. You will be notified if any goods are unavailable.
