Our standard Returns and Exchange policy still applies over Black Friday. Items from our 'SALE' page, that were already reduced will be excluded from our Returns and Exchanges policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original condition

- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS INCLUDING NEW ZEALAND-

To initiate a return or exchange please complete the following:

1. Return or Exchange your items to: Peggy and Finn, 2/5 Haystacks Drive, Torquay VIC 3228

2. Include a note with your return or exchange that includes your Order Number and what you'd like to refund / exchange so we can easily identify
your order.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post so that you receive a tracking number for the return.

queries about your return / exchange.

Processing a Refund

We will process any returns within 5 business days after we receive the goods that you return. Please note any shipping charges are not refundable.

What if I want to exchange an item?

If you are after exchanging an item you have 30 days from the day you receive the good to return them back to us. When exchanging you must follow the link provided above or click here

What about Taxes & Duties for overseas orders?

At the point of delivery or soon after any import duties, customs or taxes levied by the country your order is shipped to is required to be paid by the customer. For details on any charges that may be applicable please contact your local customs office. Unfortunately we are not liable for these charges and cannot reimburse or refund you.

My refund has not been processed?

If after 5 business days upon our receipt of the goods you have not received your refund, please contact your bank as first point of call as the processing times between banks may differ, If after calling your bank the money is still yet to appear in your account please contact us at info@peggyandfinn.com.au

Faulty or damaged products

If an item you purchased arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at info@peggyandfinn.com.au so we can help rectify the issue. Please include details of your order number, name and a photo depicting the damage so that we can assist. We will refund any items that are faulty or damaged due to no fault of your own. Any items damaged after delivery will not be refunded.

Can I buy items to check colours with my suit and return them if the colours don't quite work?

Please note if you still wish to purchase a number of items, the returns will be subject to our returns policy.
